Marcy has been overseeing medical billing operations for over two decades. Christine Nguyen has been a Registered Nurse since her graduation from college and has devoted almost two decades to care for oncology patients at the Children Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), and at SETON at Brackenridge hospital. As a nurse, she is knowledgeable with Patient Health Information/ Electronic Health Record and understands the challenge of maintaining health records in compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations. With more than 10 years experience as a case manager and outpatient clinic/infusion nurse, she is knowledgeable with insurance verification, prior authorization, utilization review, billing/coding and reimbursement processes. She is a member of the Oncology Nurse Organization and Chemo Certified/Oncology Nurse Certified. She is also a member of the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) and is a Certified Professional Biller from AAPC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Tien Nguyen has been a software consultant for almost two decades, helping medium and small businesses in Southern California achieve their productivity and revenue improvement objectives. He has been leading the design and development of various electronic commerce and web-based projects for his clients. He had designed and built custom Electronic Health Record systems as well as Practice Management systems for various specialties such as ophthalmology and general practices. As he gained experience in the healthcare industry, he saw the opportunity for small and medium medical offices to improve their bottom line by using a combination of practice management skills and technology. He then created Medficient, an integrated practice management system and founded Complete Practice Revenue.
